Q1: When will my order ship?
After the Preorder Period closes on November 23rd, all physical products will be due for production. Orders are expected to be shipped out in December.
Q2: What is the estimated arrival of my order?
After shipment, U.S. orders are estimated to arrive in 10 business days. For international orders, it is estimated to arrive from 4~8 weeks. Please note that we can only ship to countries accepted by the United States Postal Service. Should you come across issues with your order, please contact us.
Q3: How will the zine's profits be used for donation?
Any remaining profits will be donated to Palestanian Children's Relief Fund, after all production is complete and when all orders have arrived to their destination.
Q4: Which Bundles are eligble for Stretch Goals?
While Physical Zine orders are counted towards the Stretch Goal, only Merch Bundles will be eligible for rewards achieved from Strecth Goals. This includes the Dhampir, Vampire Hunter, and Nobility Bundles.
